Some cheesemakers are very small and sell mainly at Farmers Markets. Others have the facilities to do mail order or sell to supermarkets and delis. So remember when you are ordering or wanting a specific cheese, if it’s made by an artisan cheesemaker it may be out of season or out of stock so….
